Instrument principle:
Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer utilizes the characteristic of different energies of fluorescent X-rays to sequentially detect the fluorescent X-rays from the sample, obtaining a series of pulses with amplitudes proportional to the photon energy. After amplification by an amplifier, they are sent to a multi-channel pulse analyzer. Count the number of pulses according to the magnitude of the pulse amplitude, which can be scaled using the energy of X-rays to obtain the distribution curve of the counting rate as a function of photon energy, known as the X-ray energy spectrum.
